Its that time of year when exercise becomes reintegrated into daily life, Spring!

Go slowly, build up to longer work outs, there is no rush we live in California we get at least another 6 months of good daylight and warmer weather for our outdoor excursions and adventures.
Laugh and marvel at how fast your body gets back into shape. Remember to be gentle with yourself Rome was not built in a day but became an empire.
