Cupping therapy

imgresimages-3

I have brought back cupping therapy into my repertoire of offerings.

It is an excellent way to compliment massage and gua sha (scrapping technique) to reduce muscle pain and adhesions and stimulate blood flow. It can quickly and effectively reduce discomfort. I like to integrate cupping into a treatment when needed.

For some of you that have never received cupping before, know that the only drawback is that you might look like you have been kissed by an octopus because the treatment can leave round reddish circles on your body for a few days. But the results are well worth it!
