Make your own juicing blends all you need is a Blender or Vitamix… and taste buds.
One of my favorites right now is plain old watermelon and mint juice.
RECIPE
Cut off watermelon rind and cut into smaller bits
Cut mint up into smaller pieces
Throw in all into blender and add some water
VOILA that is it. Deliciousness, sweet and cooling to the heart meridian. Its perfect for the summer.
