Green smoothies are absolutely delicious.
I know most of you have tried them atleast once or are already green smoothie enthusiasts.
But if you would like a suggestion on a yummy recipe here’s one to try!!!
1/2 bunch of parsley
1 cup or more of water
Either with a Blender or Vitamix; add water and all the listed ingredients. Blend till liquified and then drink!!! Chock full of nutrients and fructose.
Will get you going in the morning in a bright, healthy, nourished kind of way.
