I created a new delicious recipe to help you want to stay liberally hydrated through out the day.
Enjoy!!!
YUMMY HYDRATING DRINK
1 can of coconut water
1 basket strawberries (or berry of your choice.)
3-9 cups of water to taste
(optional, 1 tray of ice cubes)
Add in blending machine of your choice and drink freely!
